Thank you for your participation as a speaker in the 9th Annual Technology & Paperless Demo Day. Below are details and instructions: Please contact us you have any questions.

Arrival time:
If you are not attending all day, plan on arriving at least an hour before your session.

What will be provided: (Please check back)

Speaker Requirements:
The California State Board of Accountancy has certain requirements that must be met in order for a session to qualify for CPE. Please forward this to us as soon a practical, but no later than October 15.

What we need from you to meet these requirements is:

• Speaker Name
• Credentials (CPA, PhD, etc.)
• Bio
• Learning Objectives
• Topic Outline

Adding these to the list enhances the marketing of you and the event, but is not required:

• Speaker Narrative ("Blurb")
• Speaker's Firm / Company
• Speaker Intro - we will prepare an intro from the materials    referenced on this page. You may provide your custom intro, if    desired. We try to keep the intro short and let you elaborate on    your background in the presentation.
• Topic Narrative ("Selling the session"-sometimes just the english  version of the outline)
• Handout (copy of PowerPoint) - Provides a take-away for the  attendee and gives them a method of contacting you later.

Handout materials:
If you have handout materials, bring at least 200 copies. Remember, handouts can be a great marketing tool and provide a means for the attendee to have your contact information for future reference. The attendees are CPAs who, generally, like to have reference material regarding the presentation they have just heard."
